Andy is the co-founder and CEO of Lumicent, the first company to bring decision intelligence to industrial operations. Lumicent's solution uses data analytics, machine learning, and physical AI to turn early asset warning signals into prioritized action, reducing risk and helping prevent expensive downtime.

Prior to Lumicent, Andy served as Vice President of Technology at a leading agricultural manufacturing company and led enterprise-wide digital transformation as Director of Business Transformation at a major softwood lumber organization. His experience spans mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing, where he has delivered scalable, resilient solutions that bridge operations and technology.

Andrew holds a B.Sc. in Management of Information Systems from Middlesex University in the UK and Arcadia University in the US, and completed the Advanced Management Program at MIT.

Charles is a highly experienced executive who has transformed and led successful custom software, ERP, and B2B SaaS organizations. His track record of driving growth across organizations ranging from startups to global systems integrators comes from combining a broad technology background with experience in finance and audit.

His industry experience includes oil and gas, mining, forestry, and the public sector. He is known for creating commercial structures that generate measurable operational results for customers and positive financial outcomes for vendors and partners.

Charles is a recognized leader in the Microsoft partner community, particularly within Microsoft Business Applications. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at a mid-sized consulting firm that evolved from a Dynamics 365 consultancy into a B2B SaaS provider serving higher education and public-sector organizations.

Charles holds a B.Comm in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Alberta and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for JazzYYC. He also enjoys playing and studying jazz piano.

Lachlan serves as Vice President of Software Development at Lumicent. Lumicent's Asset Risk Management system is the first Class II Condition Monitoring IoT system fully certified by FM Approvals.

Before joining Lumicent, Lachlan worked as an Operations Manager specializing in industrial recycling, with a focus on optimizing systems for sustainability. He also worked as a Design & Production Developer and Systems Developer with a leading global agricultural manufacturing company.

Lachlan has extensive experience developing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and holds a degree in Integrated Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Jeff Thomas is a veteran technology marketing executive with more than two decades of experience building categories, repositioning companies, launching new products and turning differentiated narratives into growth. He has held senior marketing leadership roles at Salesforce, HP, Flexport, Sisense, Sitecore and other enterprise technology companies, and has worked extensively with emerging AI, data, robotics and industrial technology businesses.

As CMO of Salesforce Platform, Jeff unified four brands under a single platform strategy, repositioned the business around CIO and CTO value, and helped scale ARR approximately fivefold. At Periscope Data, later acquired by Sisense, marketing generated roughly 75% of pipeline while the company sustained approximately 100% ARR growth. Earlier, he helped create a new enterprise software category at Apcera, contributing to roughly 10× ARR growth and its acquisition by Ericsson.

More recently, Jeff has served as fractional or interim CMO for companies across AI, Physical AI, robotics, industrial technology and data, helping leadership teams sharpen positioning, build go-to-market systems and bring new categories to market. His work combines brand and narrative strategy with demand generation, product marketing and revenue execution—a focus he brings to Lumicent as the company establishes Decision Intelligence for physical operations.

Robert is an accomplished Canadian business executive, investor, and board member with extensive experience in strategic leadership and economic value creation. His expertise spans board governance, capital markets, risk management, and operational oversight across entrepreneurial ventures and large, complex organizations.

He spent nearly two decades as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Clearnet Communications and TELUS Corporation. His board experience includes serving as Chair of Audit and Risk Committees at Definity Financial, HSBC Bank Canada, RSA Canada, and Entertainment One.

Robert has also served on the Board of Trustees of Queen’s University, where he was recognized with the Trustee Emeritus designation. He chairs the UBC Information Technology Advisory Council and serves as National Academic Director and Lead Instructor for the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Enterprise Risk Oversight for Directors course.

He has also been active in public policy and community service, including serving as Chair of the Greater Vancouver Advisory Board of The Salvation Army.

Anne is a Director of Lumicent with decades of expertise in risk management, including insurance and captives, security, corporate governance, and materials stewardship within the global mining industry.

Her leadership has earned her a CEO Award, the Donald M. Stuart Award, and recognition as one of the Top Global 100 Inspirational Women in Mining.

Anne is also a founding member and Director of the Mining Security Working Group, where she has helped shape approaches to global mining security.

Passionate about education and community involvement, Anne established an endowment at Simon Fraser University and has supported organizations and initiatives including The Street Angels Society in Brazil, The Stand Foundation, Mining for Miracles, and the United Way.

Dr. Anthony Holler is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and former emergency-room physician recognized for his leadership in building and scaling businesses.

He co-founded ID Biomedical, which was acquired by GlaxoSmithKline for $1.7 billion. He also served as Chairman of Corriente Resources, which was sold for $700 million, and is the former Chairman of CRH Medical Corp.

Dr. Holler brings extensive experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and shareholder value creation. He has also been involved in innovative technology development and has contributed to biotechnology and medical research.

Edward Wright has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and strong brands while improving long-term company profitability. He has demonstrated an ability to grow organizations and deliver strong outcomes across different industries and leadership environments.

He has been recognized by numerous organizations across North America for his vision, strategy, and operational expertise. In 2015, he received the BIV BC CEO of the Year award in the Small-Medium Public Company category.

As a senior executive at Richemont, Edward served as President of Baume & Mercier North America and Senior Vice President of Cartier North America. In those roles, he worked closely with brand CEOs and management teams to improve operations throughout North America.

Edward currently provides consulting services to the private equity and venture capital sector.

Colin Joudrie is an accomplished business leader with more than 35 years of diverse resources and general industry experience and a track record of identifying and developing investment opportunities around the world.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Teck Resources Limited, where he directed advanced base and precious metal development projects across the Americas and established and managed numerous joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

His expertise includes business strategy, high-performing team development, community and stakeholder engagement, customer-focused commercial solutions, mining and mineral-processing technologies, and execution of major investment plans.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Geology from Queen’s University and an MBA from Western University’s Ivey School of Business. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

He currently serves as President and CEO of Selkirk Copper Mines and as a director of Seabridge Gold.

Etienne Bruson recently retired as a Deloitte partner after more than 33 years with the firm in Vancouver and Montreal, serving large global public companies and private organizations.

His roles at Deloitte included Vice Chair for British Columbia, National Assurance Leader for Canada, Managing Partner for Deloitte in British Columbia, B.C. Tax Leader, and National Leader for the International Tax Service Line.

Etienne is known for developing a deep strategic understanding of clients’ businesses and creating practical, tailored recommendations. His leadership approach emphasizes strong teams, innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term impact.

He currently serves on the boards of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, the B.C. Cancer Foundation, the United Way of British Columbia, and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra Foundation, and is a member of the executive committee of the B.C. Business Council.

Etienne is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Quebec and British Columbia and received the CPA Fellowship from CPABC in 2018.

Eros Spadotto is a seasoned executive and strategic leader with more than 25 years of C-suite experience in the Canadian telecommunications industry.

Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Technology Strategy and Business Transformation at TELUS, overseeing integrated network and IT strategy, spectrum policy, security governance, and national procurement.

Earlier, as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of TELUS Mobility and Clearnet Communications, he helped deploy and scale national wireless infrastructure and integrate complex technologies through major acquisitions.

Throughout his career, Eros has negotiated significant agreements, including the TELUS-BCE network-sharing partnership, and has led relationships with global technology vendors. He has also contributed to Canadian communications strategy in privacy, identity, and security.

Eros holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor and an MBA from Western University’s Ivey Business School. He is an ICD.D-certified board director and a recipient of the IEEE Communications Society’s Distinguished Industry Leader Award.

Faye Cooper is a senior global operations and engineering executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, industrial automation, energy, and technology. She currently serves as Global Vice President, Operations & Engineering at Agropur, where she oversees Agropur’s global network of dairy manufacturing sites and leads a multi-billion dollar capital investment program driving modernization, automation, and profitable growth over the next decade.

Known for transforming complex organizations, Faye brings deep experience in asset management, digital transformation, automation technologies, and organizational design rooted in her early career across the electric utilities, high tech, and manufacturing sectors. She is recognized for her ability to drive people-led transformation, blending cultural alignment with disciplined execution to unlock operational performance, financial value creation, and long-term portfolio optimization.

Before joining Agropur, Faye held a series of progressive executive roles at Maple Leaf Foods, where she served as Vice President of Asset Reliability, Industrial Engineering, and Sustainability Execution. There, she oversaw pillars of operations excellence, global maintenance and reliability, capital planning, supply chain optimization, master capacity planning, environmental sustainability, and a global team across 25 factories. Prior to Maple Leaf, Faye built a rich foundation in the energy sector with ENMAX Energy, Capital Power, and ATCO Power. She led commercial management for major joint ventures, oversaw hundreds of millions of dollars in power purchase angreements and long-term service agreements, and drove significant value in annual cost reductions through contract renegotiations. Faye’s career began in engineering and technology roles at Schneider Electric, Acceleware, BDC Venture Capital, and 3M, giving her a strong technical, financial, and commercial foundation that she has carried into her executive leadership roles.

An Engineering Physicist and Professional Engineer with an MBA in Strategy and International Law, Faye is widely recognized as a transformational leader, systems thinker, and expert change agent. She has completed executive programs at Harvard Law School, Cornell University, and Ivey Business School, and is certified by the Institute of Asset Management in the UK.

Ulrich Kærgaard brings many years of experience scaling B2B software businesses across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

He previously served as Managing Director of Dynaway, a software company focused on asset-management solutions for Microsoft Dynamics, and currently serves as a board member and strategic advisor to growth-stage technology companies.

With a strong background in Enterprise Asset Management, Ulrich has helped global industrial organizations improve maintenance operations, asset performance, and field-process digitization. His experience spans strategy, product development, customer engagement, go-to-market development, and strategic partnerships.

He brings a practical, execution-oriented perspective to the Lumicent advisory board and sees significant potential in connecting operational technology with data-driven decision-making.
